Elm Family Oasis

This 4 bedroom room home has 2 queen bedrooms, the media room has a super comfy fold out double bed and a single room has one bed.

Downstairs a main large bathroom with shower and bath, as well as an ensuite. The laundry is also downstairs with washer and dryer.

Upstairs is a powder room off the coridor between the living room and the 3 bedroom.

The house is heated in winter with central heating and a gas fire place in the living room and during summer by an airconditioner upstairs and fan downstairs.

Of the living room is a lovely outdoor space shaded by the elm trees, which is a perfect place to set outside and enjoy a bbq.

The kitchen is a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine (pod) and stocked with all the basics that you will need to start your stay.

This is a family home that the owners open to sharing with like minded people coming to visit Melbourne. Our expectation is that our guests will respect our property and our neighbours amenity by following our guidelines.
